The son of a sharecropper who got an education and then a PHD... in corn?

In 40 years I have interviewed amazing people and heard great stories. I have to say that Robert J Jones life is one of the best examples ever of how - anything is possible! He's the son of a sharecropper who got an education and then a PHD...in corn?

As a college professor and academic he also was a member of THE SOUNDS OF BLACKNESS and won 2 Grammys. Now as the Chancellor of the University of Illinois he's here with good news, and we could all use that!
